{From This Crazy Kitchen} Easy Ham & Cheese Croissants

Ever have some place to go where you want to bring an appetizer or snack and you have nothing in your cabinets to make?

Well, that was me.  My fridge was pretty bare...and I was out of like one thing for each of my favorite go-to appetizers.  My other challenge is making something that my picky husband likes.  I always try to make something I know he'll eat, just in case no one else brought anything he likes.

Enter my super easy creation!  Now, I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this, but it was a new idea to me :)

{The Goods}
Can of Croissant Rolls (or two!)
Ham thinly sliced
Sliced cheese (or you could use shreaded}

Open up the Croissants and separate them.  Layer the ham & cheese on top.

Now roll it up while tucking as you go so that the cheese doesn't sneak out of the roll.  Secure with a toothpick.

Bake in the oven @ 350 for 10-12 minutes.  {or if you are like me, bake until they are just golden brown...who uses timers anyways :)}

Super easy.  Super quick.  Just my style :)

  1. Oh yum!!! It's like pigs in a blanket, but with ham and cheese!!!! I will definitely do this for me and Lex for lunches when she goes on winter break!

  2. This looks perfect for my kiddos! I don't know why I never thought of it myself! Thanks for sharing.

  3. sounds yummy. I've never had this or seen them before, but I'd probably like them. I'm a picky eater too. lol

I adore comments! Leave me some love, suggestions, comments here :)
